All cari + carl products are made to order, so sizes and dimensions may vary slighty.

Payment and Shipping

Free UK P&P.

Your scarf or shawl will be hand crafted to order, so it may take up to 15 working days from payment being received to dispatch your order. If a shorter timescale is required, please contact us via email to discuss your requirements.

For non-UK postage, please email for a price for postage.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your hand-crafted scarf or shawl, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied please notify us within 7 days for an exchange or refund. The item must be unworn and the following adhered to:

Items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned in original packaging. All items are the customer's responsibility until we receive them.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be posted using a trackable carrier. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation including credit card fees and interest.

The above does not apply to commmissioned or bespoke, which are not eligible for refunds.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
